About the Role
As an Enterprise Events Executive, you will own and manage a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts, focusing on deepening relationships, driving retention, growing revenue, and expanding accounts across markets. This role requires a camera-first policy, expecting professional presence in all client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named corporate accounts, building trusted relationships that drive long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage clients to understand their goals, uncover challenges, and align offerings to their success metrics.
- Drive customer retention, repeat bookings, and satisfaction across the national portfolio of venues.
- Receive and onboard new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to experience.
- Deliver tailored event programming recommendations, resources, and best practices aligned to each client's goals and group needs.
- Develop and execute account success plans aligned with client objectives, booking cadences, and revenue growth targets.
- Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and cross-market expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
- Own outreach to all named key accounts and manage event pipeline, renewals, and incremental growth across your full book of business.
- Manage renewals, expansions, and new business simultaneously.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales or hospitality role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Relationship-first approach - build trust at the executive level and navigate large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Strategic thinker who develops account success plans and identifies growth opportunities.
- Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and GEMS.
