About the Role

Supervise a team and allocate resources to support the delivery of jury services across the NSW Court System. The role involves exposure to graphic content, including images, photographs and discussions relating to violence, sexual assault and/or homicide matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a frontline team of up to 30 staff.
  • Manage and develop the team, promoting a working environment that values ethical behaviour and quality service delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure the effective running of the day-to-day operations of their team.
  • Manage, supervise, and develop staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring staff are trained and informed of procedural and legislative changes.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions when addressing complex and sensitive enquiries and issues.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work in different jurisdictions and court locations.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Court and the jury process.
