About the Role
Design, deliver, and coordinate product-specific and selling-skills training to enhance the capability of field-based commercial teams in Japan. Collaborate with various departments and alliance partners to align training with brand strategies and contribute to a science-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead training initiatives that enhance the sales team's knowledge and capability.
- Design and deliver programs blending e-learning, classroom, and experiential learning methods.
- Develop content and facilitate both new-hire and advanced training sessions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and alliance partners to align curricula with brand strategies.
- Ensure all materials are approved through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory process.
- Conduct field visits to identify training needs and current trends.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and a proactive commitment to improving English proficiency.
- Six years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
- Strong analytical ability across three immunology therapeutic areas to identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated mastery in presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with online business training tools preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with a high results orientation.
- MR Certification.
