About the Role

At Cytiva, we are dedicated to advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. This role is crucial in supporting our customers in the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors, ensuring the optimal performance of critical equipment and contributing to life-saving innovations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment.
• Organize strategic sales promotion and proposal activities for major customers, including maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, and spare parts sales.
• Collaborate with domestic and worldwide branches/departments to manage customer outcomes by controlling revenue forecasts, contract ratios, and quality issues.
• Manage mid to large-scale installation projects as a project manager, coordinating with other departments.
• Prepare for new equipment launches and obtain service trainer certification.
• Provide customer support remotely and dispatch field engineers to customer sites.

Requirements

• A major in Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in field service or a related engineering department.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset and business acumen for improved productivity, speed, and results.
• Experience in leading or managing a small group or segments, and encouraging team members.
