About the Role

This role supports end-to-end procurement of logistics and warehousing services across ANZ, focusing on cost optimization, service quality, and supply continuity. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams on sourcing, supplier performance, and contract administration for cold-chain logistics and warehousing.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end procurement activities for logistics and warehousing services, including transport, cold storage, and distribution facilities.
  • Raise, track, and manage purchase orders in line with approved contracts, demand plans, and budget controls.
  • Assist with RFQs/RFPs, supplier onboarding, and contract administration for logistics and warehousing providers.
  • Maintain supplier master data, rate cards, capacity details, and contract documentation for transport and warehouse providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, including on-time delivery, warehouse service levels, stock handling accuracy, temperature compliance, and capacity utilization.
  • Support issue resolution with service providers related to warehouse operations, storage constraints, service failures, or delivery exceptions.
  • Support tracking of freight and warehousing spend against budgets and forecasts.
  • Validate logistics and warehousing invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with suppliers and finance teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on spend, warehouse utilization, service performance, and key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to align warehousing and distribution needs with procurement activities.
  • Support operational coordination during peak seasons.
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine logistics and warehousing procurement queries.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with TMICC policies, financial controls, and delegated authority requirements.
  • Support adherence to food safety, cold-chain integrity, inventory handling standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Practical logistics procurement experience.
  • Ability to balance commercial outcomes, supplier performance, and operational delivery.
  • Experience in logistics procurement, warehousing, and cold-chain services (minimum 5 years).
  • Ability to operate confidently in ANZ supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think end-to-end and take ownership for results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
  • Values collaboration, clarity, and low-ego ways of working.
