About the Role
Manage the campaign strategy, planning, and delivery of Hotels, Holidays, and Member Marketing campaigns for the Loyalty business. This foundational role is part of a newly formed Centre of Excellence, working alongside Marketing Planning/Partnerships and Campaign Production departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of the Loyalty Marketing calendar across Qantas Hotels & Holidays and the broader Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
- Design campaign strategy and lead execution, coordinating with multi-functional teams.
- Deliver campaigns with channel, creative, and audience impact.
- Provide coaching and guidance to coordinators and graduates.
- Foster a high-performance culture to build deep campaign management expertise.
- Drive impactful campaigns that engage members and consistently exceed targets.
- Oversee and manage campaign budgets and related marketing costs.
- Manage the execution and delivery of integrated campaigns, including creative development, project planning, media planning, and stakeholder management.
- Manage marketing activity end-to-end, driving projects past delivery into optimization and scaling.
- Leverage data and research to continuously elevate work and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising account service.
- Ability to critically review marketing collateral for strategy alignment, brand fit, and compliance.
- Sound understanding and background within Travel or Loyalty programs preferred.
- Passion for creativity and ability to design innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of campaign reporting and analysis techniques.
- Analytical mindset and exposure to working with data analytics, data segmentation, and reporting highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal commercial and product stakeholders, and external clients/agencies/partners.
- Experience in dealing with Legal and in understanding and communicating legal and commercial constraints to partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively liaise with Qantas management and senior executive levels of external partners.
