About the Role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you will lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role focuses on leadership, creating and leading a child-centered program, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering teamwork and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts.
  • Take full ownership of the team's roster.
  • Manage day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and growth.

Requirements

  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the company).
  • State working-with-children check.
  • Australian working rights.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
  • Working towards or completed a relevant diploma or higher qualification (as per ACECQA).

  • 35 hours per week
  • Split shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm

Education Level

  • Diploma or higher qualification (working towards or completed)
