We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at the Bras N Things Warringah Mall store, focusing on empowering customers and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections
- Assist in the training and development of the team to meet store budgets and KPIs
- Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries
- Communicate effectively and delegate tasks
- Maintain self-motivation and multitask on the shop floor
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks
