About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at the Bras N Things Liverpool location. You will lead by example to foster an inclusive, high-performing team while driving sales budgets, KPIs, and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team
- Drive budgets, KPIs, and customer experiences
- Create a customer-first environment with high levels of service
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and capability building
- Execute visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and commercial judgement
- Manage stock processes and daily store operations
