About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with guests. This role is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Electronic Gaming team.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas, introducing yourself and how you can assist them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
  • Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor gaming activities for compliance with establishment policies.
  • Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in a guest service-related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy essential.
  • Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain.
