About the Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with guests. This role is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Electronic Gaming team.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas, introducing yourself and how you can assist them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
- Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Monitor gaming activities for compliance with establishment policies.
- Promote and provide feedback on all customer and guest related service programs.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in a guest service-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain.
