About the Role
Join BeWell Health Centres as a Digital Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator, an entry-level role perfect for someone early in their marketing career. This position offers exposure to various marketing areas including content creation, social media, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, and campaign management, all while contributing to transforming mental health care delivery in Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain engaging content for client resources, sales materials, social media, blogs, newsletters, referral packages, website pages, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate marketing assets and support the execution of new program launches, awareness campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Create content and help grow BeWell’s presence across social media platforms while monitoring engagement and performance.
- Assist with email campaigns, lead nurturing, client communications, newsletters, and retention initiatives.
- Develop educational resources, presentations, brochures, and referral materials for healthcare partners and community events.
- Support paid advertising campaigns, research new growth opportunities, and assist with marketing performance optimization.
- Help maintain website content, publish blogs, and support SEO initiatives that improve search visibility and lead generation.
- Strengthen BeWell’s reputation through client success stories, branded marketing materials, and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations while supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious about digital marketing and eager to learn new platforms, strategies, and technologies.
- Comfortable creating content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
- Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work with teams across marketing, operations, and business development.
- Ability to travel between BeWell locations and attend community events as needed.
- Eager to learn, takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in marketing.
