We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer who can implement cutting-edge AI technology into our products and deliver value to our customers. You will be involved not only in research and development but also in the development of systems and products that directly impact our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Development of translation and image processing technologies specialized for entertainment localization
- Conducting and evaluating proof-of-concept (PoC) projects related to natural language processing, image recognition, and AI
- Integrating research findings into products
- Deployment, operation, and monitoring of machine learning models and AI systems, as well as infrastructure development
- Performance optimization and scalability improvements
- Translating on-the-ground challenges from translation and business teams into problems solvable by ML, and leading the process from requirements definition to implementation
- Implementation and operation that bridges research findings from researchers to products
- Collaborating with web engineers to design and implement the integration of models into products
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in development using machine learning
- At least 1 year of practical experience in development using large language models (LLMs)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to N2 or higher)
- Business-level English proficiency
