About the Role

Responsibilities

Sales, customer support, and assisting with the launch of new business initiatives for the "Mantra Engine" business.
Handling inquiries from Japan and overseas.
Accompanying sales staff on visits to new prospects.
Providing technical implementation support to client companies (publishers, game companies, etc.).
Assisting with new business launches.
Creating manuals and internal documents using Notion, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Other duties may be discussed based on applicant preferences.

Requirements

Must love manga.
Able to work at least 3 days a week (for a total of 18 hours or more).
Able to come into the Tokyo office at least twice a week on weekdays (10:00 AM–6:00 PM).
