About the Role
We are seeking our first Revenue Operations hire to build and grow the function from scratch. This role will bridge Sales, Marketing, and FDE, providing the GTM team with essential data, systems, and processes for optimal performance. You will be instrumental in defining the operational playbook.
Responsibilities
- Own the full RevOps tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence, ensuring scalability.
- Design and enforce the data model for accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, and attribution.
- Integrate tools across the GTM stack to minimize manual data entry.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
- Own the weekly forecast process in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Identify and address gaps and leakage within the sales funnel.
- Design and document the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to close, and maintain its currency.
- Develop playbooks, templates, and tooling to streamline the AE team's workflow.
- Support the deal desk for complex, non-standard opportunities.
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Build compensation plan models and ensure accurate, timely commission administration.
- Partner with Finance on ARR reporting, bookings definitions, and GTM budget planning.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of building functions.
- Deep expertise in CRM administration, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes that achieve user adoption.
- Capacity to work at a fast pace and collaborate across different functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for decision-making.
