About the Role
We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to own the platform our AI agents run on. Pace deploys in multiple environments, including multi-tenant cloud, single-tenant cloud, and within enterprise customers' own clouds. The system must meet stringent requirements for data residency, isolation, and auditability.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform our AI agents run on, from our own cloud (Kubernetes on AWS) to installs inside our customers' clouds.
- Scale the secure, sandboxed browser infrastructure our agents use.
- Plan and execute zero-downtime production infrastructure cutovers.
- Build observability and alerting for reliable, long-lived agent workloads.
- Bring up new regions and address data residency requirements.
- Set up Pace within an enterprise customer's cloud (BYOC) and ensure repeatable installations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running production infrastructure.
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven experience leading significant migrations or cutovers.
- Comfortable owning networking and security boundaries end-to-end.
- Strong observability skills, including building dashboards, monitors, and runbooks.
