About the Role

As the Wilson Retail Key Holder, you are an integral part of the store leadership team, embodying Wilson’s core values and commitment to the Athlete Advisor role. You will provide an exceptional in-store experience for Athlete Advisors and customers, while supporting innovative community experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience as an individual employee and floor leader.
• Provide feedback and coaching to the team to deliver the daily sales plan.
• Support with visual merchandising sets and moves.
• Accurately and efficiently receive and process inventory.
• Support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and store leadership.
• Open and close the store as the store leader, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Attend monthly group tennis lessons.
• Support community activations and ambassador relationships.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a sales environment.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
• Ability to connect with and solve for the needs of every athlete.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Driven by a high level of autonomy and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Value bold ideas and pursue progress.
• Stand up with conviction, acting with integrity and respect.
• Experience leading a team and supporting store management.
