About the Role
Tutor Doctor is seeking passionate tutors to provide one-on-one support to K-5 students in their homes. We handle client matching, scheduling, and billing, allowing you to focus on teaching.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one reading and math support for elementary students (K–5) in their homes
- Adapt instruction to each student's learning style and school curriculum
- Support homework, classwork, and long-term skill building
- Track student progress and share updates with families and our team
- Participate in paid onboarding and coaching sessions
Requirements
- Experience teaching or tutoring elementary-age students (K–5) — 2+ years preferred
- Strong grasp of foundational reading and math skills
- Patient, reliable, and great with young learners
- Bachelor's degree preferred — relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
