About the Role

This is a client-focused HR Business Partnering role where providing advice and supporting business teams is crucial. Working as part of a national team and supporting more than 500 employees, there are a host of responsibilities which make the position both challenging and rewarding. Your focus will include manager coaching and support, undertaking focused employee engagement activities, managing employee relations matters, supporting learning and development initiatives, and performance management. This position supports our global and regional Human Resource strategies and plays an important part in projects that keep Stantec’s workforce engaged and focused on our clients.
