About the Role

The Arding Rooms is seeking a passionate and polished Floor Supervisor to join the team on a full-time variable contract. This role involves delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests, combining front-of-house service in the all-day dining restaurant with event support. You will play an important role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere The Arding Rooms is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily service.
  • Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests.
  • Assist with training, team briefings, and daily service planning.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion.
  • Work closely with the GM and wider club team to deliver excellence at every touch point.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
  • Ideally within a private members club or premium hospitality setting.
  • Immaculate presentation with a confident, professional communication style.
  • A natural people person who can build rapport with our members easily.
  • The ability to keep smiling, even when under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and consistent attention to detail.
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
