Responsibilities
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
Requirements
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
