About the Role

The Assistant Coordinator role is designed for individuals ready to develop leadership skills in operations and team management within a supportive environment. This role offers hands-on leadership experience and the opportunity to make a positive impact in a local school community.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
  • Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
  • Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
  • Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities

Requirements

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
