About the Role

Facilitate College Track’s LEAD curriculum and college readiness programming to help scholars explore their purpose, develop leadership skills, and complete critical college access milestones. Provide individualized college advising to a caseload of scholars, guiding them through the process of preparing for, applying to, and enrolling in college. Partner with site teams and families to co-create an integrated, scholar-centered experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with scholars, providing culturally relevant support and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
  • Work alongside school staff and partner organizations to create a holistic support network for each scholar, ensuring aligned goals and communication.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars, ensuring each student is equipped with the support they need to matriculate to college and earn a bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

  • Direct experience working with first-generation college bound students.
  • Facilitation skills and the ability to use culturally responsive and trauma informed approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals, including students, caregivers, and teachers.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing data to refine strategies and strengthen scholar support.

  • $37.50- 45.67/hour
