Responsibilities

  • Comply with all contract requirements and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive a service excellence culture within delivery and operational management teams.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Monitor and update account processes and procedures as per the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
  • Collaborate with the Regional Account Director to develop and execute a strategic business plan for service delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity within account management systems, including Management Information (MI) and system drawings.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Deliver all contractual and ad-hoc reports on time.
  • Manage contractor onboarding/offboarding, inductions, and ensure compliance with permitting and working requirements.
  • Ensure contractor staff meet Client and JLL standards.
  • Monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance plan in conjunction with local laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Engage with JLL’s EOS team to ensure schedule compliance.
  • Supervise minor repairs and works, ensuring timely, safe, and budget-compliant service delivery.
  • Participate in planned or unplanned power shutdowns and support the engineering team.
  • Participate in building evacuations and ensure Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are up-to-date and enacted.
  • Act as the Fire Safety Manager as required.
  • Maintain all safety procedures, including Crisis Management and Emergency Procedures.
  • Support the Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) team for space planning and churn activities.
  • Manage portfolio financial targets, including revenue, expenses, debtors, and savings.
  • Manage supply chain delivery and expenditure, ensuring quality of services.
  • Participate in and set service delivery budgets, ensuring compliance.
  • Participate in regular reforecasting activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Manage costs within appropriate budgets.
  • Complete client billing on time and follow up on outstanding amounts.
  • Ensure supply chain payment according to agreement terms.
  • Monitor and manage subordinate staff performance.
  • Ensure each team member has a reviewed personal development plan.
  • Manage team structure, recruitment, and performance management in line with JLL processes.
  • Provide support for succession planning to direct reports.
  • Engage in the remuneration process at required intervals.
  • Drive a risk-conscious culture within the team.
  • Ensure all works meet JLL standards for risk identification and mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies.
  • Report all incidents as per JLL and client procedures.
  • Ensure an effective emergency escalation process is in place for swift and efficient call-out and rectification services.
  • Escalate communications within JLL and the client organization.
  • Encourage an environment supporting openness, teamwork, collaboration, performance excellence, and personal success.
  • Develop the team through performance assessments and training.
  • Manage staff workload through correct resourcing and develop succession plans.
  • Gain respect from senior leaders, JLL people, and clients.

  • A tertiary qualification in Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related subject is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Facility, Property, or related field.
  • Experience with a Finance Sector Client is ideal.
  • Strong analytical, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Strong finance management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products are essential.
