About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy software for medical devices in a production environment.
  • Develop algorithms to analyze and interpret data from different devices.
  • Coordinate requirements and hardware development with other teams.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of coding in a regulated environment.
  • Participate in rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Create design documents and follow regulatory procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with IEC 62304 software development cycle for medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of C++ (C++17 or newer) programming skills and CMake.
  • Highly experienced in Linux.
  • Master of Science or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.

  • Containerization (Docker or Podman)
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Git version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab)
  • UI Development with Qt
  • Software documentation writing
  • Bash and Python
  • Agile tools (e.g., Jira)

Salary/Compensations

  • $120,000-$160,000 USD
