About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process.
• Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage inbound calls and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business.
• Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts to find resolutions.
• Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred but not required.
