Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough termite inspections, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Build rapport with homeowners and upsell additional services, especially the premium Sentricon system.
- Actively seek and seize opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
