About the Role

As an Artificial Intelligence Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc., you will work with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and scale AI solutions that improve workflows, support better decision-making, and drive meaningful operational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
  • Analyze workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
  • Coordinate AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize operational workflows and outcomes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
