About the Role

The Product Management Manager attracts, retains, and develops top talent while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver business value. This role focuses on assessing market needs, driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the development of quality products within an enterprise product line.

Responsibilities

  • Align product teams and feature sets while managing dependencies.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize product improvements based on user pain points and system waste.
  • Create epics to drive product vision and backend system improvements.
  • Define metrics and analytics to measure product performance and value.
  • Review team solutions to ensure alignment with company and stakeholder priorities.
  • Remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of strategic and technical goals.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Product Managers.
  • Foster collaboration across Engineering and UX teams.
  • Advocate for modern software development practices and end-user needs.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations and educate on prioritization.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Ability to travel overnight 5% to 20% of the time.
