About the Role
This position is responsible for driving accurate sales revenue and margin forecasts, preparing monthly financial performance packages, and supporting strategic decision-making through insights and analytics within the Electrophysiology Left Atrial Appendage Medical Device division.
Responsibilities
- Conduct month end sales analysis and prepare concise variance commentary.
- Analyze P&L performance and summarize key drivers and variances.
- Lead field level forecasting calls and complete actuals variance analysis.
- Present finance results weekly on commercial leadership calls.
- Support the EP LAA business unit with ad hoc financial and business analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of commercial finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, forecasting tools).
- Solid understanding of P&L and key financial metrics.
- Ability to summarize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
