About the Role
The Project Manager oversees the performance of the team, ensuring alignment across all project phases and workstrands. This role is responsible for tracking progress, resolving challenges, and serving as the primary liaison with the Government lead and workstrand owners. The Project Manager drives organizational effectiveness by integrating strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all objectives are met and that the team operates cohesively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, ensuring alignment across phases and workstrands
- Manage the project’s scope, schedule, and cost to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined objectives
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government lead and workstrand owners, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement strategic plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Foster stakeholder engagement through regular updates, feedback sessions, and collaborative problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security requirements
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership
- Leverage skills in program and project management in complex, multinational or joint environments, cross-functional collaboration and team leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, performance management and process optimization, and strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience with organizational transformation, change management, or strategic planning
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, or SharePoint
- Ability to deliver results with limited oversight and broad objectives
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD)
