About the Role
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day by providing an amazing shopping experience and representing company values. You are the face of our company, passionate about our products and building brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
- Educate guests on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed.
- Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Love interacting with people.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Previous retail experience.
- At least 16 years of age.
