About the Role

In the Funds and Asset Management group, we advise leading fund sponsors and asset managers on the formation of a broad range of products across all asset classes. We also advise institutional investors on fund commitments and joint ventures, covering primary fundraising and secondary transactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school
• High academic achievement
• Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player
• Prior experience in a peer law firm
• Admission to the New York bar is required
• Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s)
