About the Role

This role involves supporting senior bankers in the build-out of the Technology Investment Banking platform, coordinating capital raises and advisory transactions, and performing various analyses for new business generation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Build financial models for leveraged buyout, accretion-dilution, discounted cash flow, and company comparable analyses.
• Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for client meetings.
• Perform research and analyses to support new business generation.
• Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments.
• Conduct industry due diligence related to transactions.
• Interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers.
