About the Role
Lincoln International is seeking Associates for its rapidly growing M&A practice. This role involves close interaction with senior bankers and clients, providing deep involvement in every aspect of M&A transactions from start to finish, with exposure to international clients and buyers.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses and valuations
- Conduct industry research
- Identify and contact potential buyers or acquisition targets
- Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- Interact with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
- Participate in new business meetings
- Host visits by potential buyers at client facilities
- Support senior bankers during transaction negotiations
- Facilitate due diligence and transaction closings
- Lead or implement initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value
- Contribute to Analysts’ development
- Support new business development efforts
Requirements
- Fluent in accounting and finance
- Strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive and self-motivated
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status
