About the Role

Lincoln International is seeking Associates for its rapidly growing M&A practice. This role involves close interaction with senior bankers and clients, providing deep involvement in every aspect of M&A transactions from start to finish, with exposure to international clients and buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analyses and valuations
  • Conduct industry research
  • Identify and contact potential buyers or acquisition targets
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations
  • Interact with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
  • Participate in new business meetings
  • Host visits by potential buyers at client facilities
  • Support senior bankers during transaction negotiations
  • Facilitate due diligence and transaction closings
  • Lead or implement initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value
  • Contribute to Analysts’ development
  • Support new business development efforts

Requirements

  • Fluent in accounting and finance
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive and self-motivated
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status
