About the Role

The dynamic team at the container terminal in Agigea port, Constanța, invites recent graduates who are curious, engaged, and ready to learn to apply for an Internship in the Technical Department (Planning & Maintenance). Responsibilities
- Study specific legislation, procedures, and work methods for each area/department, learning to navigate regulations and workflows.
- Study DP World standards and assimilate our global culture, values, and principles.
- Provide administrative support for RSVTI/SSM activities by managing technical files, reports, logs, and specific documentation; prepare, update, and archive SSM files according to applicable requirements and procedures; issue and register specific forms (permits for external companies, hot work permits, etc.) without completing technical content; track and update documentary records related to RSVTI and SSM activities; provide administrative support for monitoring and updating the technical training schedule for company personnel.
- Manage systems and applications necessary for the Technical Department's activities, developing attention to detail, the ability to understand and interpret technical data, and IT/software usage skills.
- Prepare a monthly report on activities performed, including an analysis of field observations, improving reporting and field data analysis skills.
- Collaborate with workers from other departments, providing technical support for their activities, learning to translate technical information into actionable guidance.
- Participate in HSSE training sessions for workers, developing risk awareness skills.
Requirements
- Be a student, master's student, or recent graduate from a technical faculty (electrical engineering, power engineering, electronics, automation, mechatronics) and be motivated to learn how things work in an international company.
- Be a responsible and results-oriented individual.
- Have a positive, open attitude and contagious energy to apply to daily challenges with our team, contributing ideas and solutions.
- Be able to integrate quickly, enjoy exposure to different mindsets, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Have genuine enthusiasm for learning from mentors and applying new knowledge.
- Be flexible and adaptable to new or unforeseen situations.
- Have at least a good level of English, understand work systems and procedures, and contribute to regional activities.
- Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Have proven experience in extracurricular/volunteer activities (with supporting documents) - a valuable plus.
