About the Role

Airtable is seeking a product leader to focus on agent experiences within its AI-first platform. This role involves owning a product area end-to-end, building AI-native experiences, and driving innovation in how humans and AI agents collaborate on shared data. The team's mission is to solve the 'last mile' problem of making humans and AI agents genuinely productive together on business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, from problem discovery through shipped, measured outcomes.
• Build AI-native product experiences, defining how agents and AI capabilities appear and how user trust is earned.
• Undertake systems and structural work that spans across product surfaces.
• Utilize prototypes and AI tools to build working versions of ideas for early feedback.
• Define success metrics for inherently fuzzy outcomes, including AI quality, adoption, and behavior change.
• Operate with high agency, identifying and prioritizing the most important problems to solve.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Genuinely AI-forward mindset, with experience automating real work using AI.
• Technically fluent in AI, understanding LLMs, model capabilities, tradeoffs, retrieval, evals, and prompt design.
• High agency and motivation to tackle challenging, undefined areas.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make progress when a roadmap is not yet defined.
• Strong product taste, particularly for AI interactions, understanding user trust and transparency.
• User empathy, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into trusted daily experiences for non-technical users.
