About the Role
The Designer - Fashion Accessories & Belts, Betsey Johnson is responsible for putting together mood boards, sketching, designing concepts, creating tech packs, and communicating overseas, as well as presenting product to the sales team. This position supports the Wholesale Accessories business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Fashion
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in belts or fashion accessories industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of trends, materials and construction in fashion
Skills
- Strong sketching on illustrator and photoshop skills
- Strong specking abilities
- Experience in hardware development
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of contemporary fashion
