About the Role
Skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems and infrastructure across a multi-site clinic environment. This role combines hands-on technical work with administrative duties, including meticulous documentation of maintenance activities and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also keeping accurate records to support compliance and operational efficiency. This position may require travel between clinic locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple clinic locations.
- Diagnose issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems; coordinate with licensed vendors for complex HVAC work.
- Ensure proper handling of refrigerants in accordance with EPA 608 guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Document and report facility issues, ensuring timely communication with management.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
- Develop and update maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules to support preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in preparing reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies across clinic sites, providing solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Travel between facilities as needed to support operational and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access.
- Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
- You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
- You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
