About the Role
The Service Valet role is a guest-facing, hands-on position at the center of the luxury automotive experience at Land Rover San Francisco. It offers a natural path into a service writing career for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off guest vehicles at their home, office, or other locations, representing Land Rover San Francisco professionally.
- Shuttle guests to and from the dealership, providing a warm and courteous experience.
- Wash and prepare vehicles to dealership presentation standards.
- Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays safely and efficiently.
- Assist service advisors with vehicle coordination, staging, and delivery logistics.
- Greet guests on the service drive with a professional and composed presence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and common areas.
- Support the service team with general tasks to ensure smooth department operation.
Requirements
- No prior automotive experience required; training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable navigating San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.
- Professional, polished, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work.
- Able to remain on feet and stay active throughout the shift.
- Possesses a hospitality mindset.
