About the Role

The individual in this role will provide coverage throughout the Branch network while being proficient in processing transactions, including new account opening, customer service interactions, and problem resolution. The individual will be knowledgeable in our company’s products and services to effectively meet the customer’s needs and provide a superior level of customer service. This position may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines.
  • Meets assigned sales and referral goals.
  • Displays friendly, outgoing, positive, professional, courteous, and respectful attributes towards customers.
  • Responsible for resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Provides support and assistance to other branch staff by maintaining proficiency with technology, policies and procedures.
  • Processes a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, verifying incoming/outgoing cash, and daily balancing of cash drawer/vaults.
  • May oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management, including opening and closing the branch.
  • Promotes the Kennebunk Savings Brand by recommending products and services, supporting community focus, and commitment to being a premier employee.
  • Understands, supports, and adheres to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Consistently emphasizes the importance of teamwork.
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of company news and information.
  • Responsible for completing required training and policy review.
  • May serve on various committees.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and duties.

Requirements

Experience Level

  • 1-2 years of related experience in financial services
