About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of Hospitality House, Family Supported Housing (FSH), Emergency Family Shelter, and “The Richmond” adult family shelter, ensuring compliance with all contractual, legal, and organizational requirements. This role involves budget management of approximately 7 million dollars and requires on-call support to the division Program Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple shelter programs, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Policy & Compliance to develop and implement trauma-informed, low-barrier, and housing-first service delivery policies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Planning & Evaluation to monitor program outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal compliance and efficient resource use.
  • Collaborate with development and finance to expand program capacity and funding through proposal writing.
  • Provide on-call support to division Program Directors.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • LCSW/LMSW credential.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably working with the target population or comparable experience in social services.
  • Ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse projects.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for interacting with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations.
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
