About the Role
One Medical is seeking a casual, per diem clinician to provide high-quality primary care. This role involves a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in an in-office setting with occasional telehealth, focusing on patient outcomes rather than panel building.
Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Collaborate with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Texas
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Ability to build successful relationships and communicate effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization
