About the Role

Responsibilities

  • See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
  • Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
  • Passion for human-centered primary care.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
  • Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
  • Openness to feedback and reflection.
  • Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations.
