Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas.
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
- Passion for human-centered primary care.
- Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection.
- Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations.
