About the Role

One Medical is a primary care solution transforming healthcare by making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. This role involves managing a patient panel and delivering care through a mix of in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages within the last 5 years
• Alternatively, 1 year of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages plus a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
• State licensed in Texas by start date
