About the Role
As an Integration Manager at simplesurance, you will contribute to cutting-edge projects shaping the future of the company and the industry. You will experience firsthand how technology and innovation fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical onboarding and API integration of external partners, including banks and travel companies.
- Act as a technical point of contact, responding to partner questions and guiding them through the integration process.
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents using tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, and OpenSearch.
- Analyze errors, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and support process improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in API integrations, technical support, implementation, or incident management.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to communicate directly with external partners.
