About the Role

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for diverse functions across Europe & North America. Partner with hiring managers, regional HR teams, and local offices to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while delivering a consistent candidate experience in a global, matrixed recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting across assigned vacancies, from sourcing through offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, candidate profiles, and functional priorities.
• Identify talent through direct sourcing, job postings, referrals, alumni networks, vendors, and talent mapping.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide competency-based, evidence-led candidate recommendations.
• Build talent pipelines that improve hiring quality and time to hire for current and future roles.
• Use applicant tracking systems to monitor pipelines, report progress, and strengthen process visibility.
• Review recruiting metrics, including time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting across international markets and complex matrixed organizations preferred.
• Previous in-house, full lifecycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong behavioural and competency-based interviewing experience required.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting analytics tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English required.
