About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team by providing day-to-day coordination across brand, PR, and partnerships functions. This role ensures that projects, timelines, vendor relationships, and communications are organized and executed accurately. It is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow across multiple facets of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain key marketing calendars and trackers.
- Manage billing and invoice workflows.
- Coordinate partnership logistics.
- Support PR trafficking and approvals.
- Maintain the overall Marketing SharePoint site.
- Facilitate clear communication between creative and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain the Marketing Communications (MarComm) Calendar.
- Keep the Promotions & Events Tracker up to date.
- Maintain and refresh brand-related presentations.
- Support trademark and registration maintenance.
- Manage translation requests.
- Own billing workflows by creating and submitting invoices for brand marketing activities.
- Communicate project statuses, timelines, and next steps with creative, legal, merchant, and operations teams.
- Own and maintain the Marketing SharePoint site.
- Facilitate approval workflows for press releases.
- Manage purchase orders and invoice processing for the public relations agency.
- Maintain and update relevant SharePoint pages for PR.
- Coordinate product logistics for partnership activations.
- Manage ongoing communication related to product delivery, installation scheduling, and project completion.
- Ensure installation compliance.
- Manage billing for partnership programs.
- Maintain and update relevant SharePoint pages for Partnerships.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
- Relevant internship experience is welcomed.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet/content management platforms a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, and process-oriented.
- Clear and professional communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams, follow up, flag issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to exert 10–20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
