About the Role
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Digital Solutions team, responsible for converting physical records into high-quality digital assets while maintaining strict production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the document conversion process by preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records.
- Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation for project tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and detail at a sustained pace.
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
