About the Role
Join a high-performing service team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, identifying vehicle concerns and recommending appropriate services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Salary/Compensations
- $64,000 – $90,000 annually (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
