About the Role
Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, identifying vehicle concerns and recommending appropriate services to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Drug-free workplace
