About the Role

The Roving Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) provides support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geography. This front-line role involves building customer relationships, supporting everyday banking needs, and facilitating account openings and credit applications. The position requires flexibility, a strong service mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing branch environments while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations, covering for absences and filling open positions.
Adapt quickly to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs.
Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations.
Lead discovery-driven conversations to connect customers with relevant banking products and services.
Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities and making appropriate referrals.
Support everyday banking needs, including account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
Perform cash handling and teller line activities while maintaining compliance.
Utilize digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure seamless handoffs to specialists.

Requirements

6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
Ability to travel 100% of the time within the assigned geography.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
SAFE registration required at the time of employment.
Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with financial responsibility and character standards.
Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
